Cheadle College is inviting local residents to explore new learning opportunities through its Lifelong Learning Summer Roadshow.
The event runs from Tuesday 9 June to Monday 15 June 2026, from 10am to 2.30pm, and is aimed at people who may be considering a new course, a change in direction, or simply a chance to build confidence through learning.
Although Cheadle College serves a wider area, it is directly relevant to Cheadle Hulme families, school leavers, parents and adults looking for fresh opportunities close to home. For some residents, returning to education can feel daunting, especially after a long break. A roadshow format can make that first step easier by offering a more informal way to ask questions and explore options.
Lifelong learning can include many different routes, from practical skills and professional development to leisure, hobby and confidence-building courses. For adults who want to retrain, improve employability or try something new, local college provision can be an important resource.
The timing is also useful, coming ahead of summer and the new academic year. It gives residents time to consider what they want to do next, whether that means a formal qualification, a part-time course or support with future career plans.
Cheadle College is part of The Trafford & Stockport College Group. Anyone interested should check the latest event details before attending and can explore further information through Cheadle College.
