'''Ladybridge Road''' is a fairly long, mostly '''residential''' road that connects the '''district centre''' to the '''Adswood/Larkhill''' estate. One of its most prominent features is the '''seven arches bridge''', which carries '''trains''' from '''Manchester''' to '''London''' and '''Birmingham'''. Ladybridge Road runs over the '''Micker Brook''' river, which is also known as the '''Ladybrook''' (possibly giving the road its name).

Although there are many '''buildings''' along Ladybridge Road, it has a very '''rural''' feel to it. Indeed, it has on it Cheadle Hulme's only remaining '''farm'''. Either side of the road near the farm are '''fields''', and of course the river, quite different to the hustle and bustle of [[Station Road]] south west.
