Ravenoak Road
From Site
Ravenoak Road is a fairly busy, mostly residential road, that connects Church Road/Ack Lane West with Station Road/Manor Road. It forms a bridge over the railway line to Crewe. There are mostly houses, though a few shops dating from the early 1900s are in existence at the Station Road end. It was widened from 1934-35.
It was known as Pump Lane and Ravenoak Lane prior to the 20th century, and once formed a long road made up of the modern day Station Road, itself and Church Road, called Cheadle Hulme Common Road.
